When I read your drama
I feel I was in Verona
Oh! Shakespeare
You made me thwart from the spot
Please give me a thought
How to write?

When you immortalize your dear
I feel as your lover
Oh! Shakespeare
You've stolen my heart
Please give me a thought
How to write?

When you tell history
I feel I was in the King's lobby
Oh! Shakespeare
You've made me King's poet
Please give me a thought
How to write?

When will I be taught
Is my part only to interpret
When will I create a plot
In your feet trot!

PITY PARKER

Pity Parker is a Poet, writer and Blogger who writes in Telugu and English. Some of his stories were published in SUKAKATHA, a telugu online magazine. He is the Chief author and Editor of the book SHADRUCHULU. He is a graduate in BA English Literature from Andhra Loyola College. He is currently pursuing his Masters in English Literature in English and Foreign Languages University. He majorly centres his writings on the themes of Feminism, Dalit and Gender sensitization.
